Professional development beyond regular scuba instructor training |
| Interested in increasing your knowledge
of a particular aspect of diving, such as diving in a dry suit in the cool
British climate, exploring sunken wrecks or taking photos of spectacular
coral reefs? Then there is a PADI Specialty course for you.
Most courses take place over one or two days, with from two to four open water dives being required. There is generally no classroom time, just some home study of the manual provided, completion of a few knowledge reviews and maybe a video to watch. The emphasis is on learning as you dive. A few courses are, or can be, classroom based. These are typically one day courses and held in Go Dive’s dedicated classroom. While Specialty courses won’t make you an expert in the chosen subject, they will give you a good grounding and the foundations on which to develop your interest and skills. With the right combination of skills and experience you can apply for the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating For more details of specific Specialty courses offered by Go Dive, click below: |
